At BalloonTown, we take pride in creating high-quality balloon arrangements and decorations with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Please Note:

• Balloons are delicate and can be affected by weather, temperature, and handling. We are not responsible for damage after delivery or pickup. Balloons do Pop. Helium will last up to 24 Hours. Balloons in direct Sunlight and Heat will oxidize and some will pop and deflate. 

• Custom and personalized orders are made specifically for you and cannot be resold or reused.

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
